Elevation Manotick is an exclusive enclave of single-family homes scheduled for construction to begin in 2022, and ready for occupancy in the Fall of 2023.

The Sierra Model
The entry-level home in the Elevation Manotick development, the Sierra Model, is a lovely two-storey home offering 2,250sqft of living space with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious one-car garage and a lower level walkout.
It also features a large family room that leads to the backyard deck through the sliding door. The kitchen is spacious and bright with ample cupboard space. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a full ensuite and a expansive closet that spans the length of the room.
The Ridge Model
The intermediate level home in the Elevation Manotick development, the Ridge Model, is an exquisite three-storey home offering 2,700sqft of living space featuring 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious 2 car garage and a lower level walkout.
On the first floor, you are greeted with a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen that includes a pantry and a main-floor powder room. The main bath on the second floor has a long vanity with two sinks to help speed up early morning school and work routines.
The Rise Model
At 3,660sqft, the Rise Model is the largest of the three models that comprise Elevation Manotick and gives new meaning to the word luxury. The Rise Model is a striking three-storey home featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and lower-level walkout. This model also comes with optional elevator plans.
The ground level consists of an enormous kitchen with a cafe and pantry, with a separate dining area for special occasions and entertaining. Single Family and Executive Homes
Homes range in size from 2108 to an enormous 3551 square feet. Each has a minimum of 2.5 bathrooms, and you can choose from three to five bedrooms. Lot sizes vary from 38 – 52′, making lots of outdoor space to enjoy.
These beautiful, modern bungalows range from 1505-1966 square feet. All units have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an oversized garage. The primary bedroom features walk-in closets and full ensuites. Each model offers the option of a third bathroom in the basement. Lot sizes are 45′ or 52′.
Do you want the freedom to pick up and go whenever you want? Then one of these gorgeous, modern bungalow townhouses might be your ticket to freedom. Convenient and spacious, these units are incredibly low maintenance. Everything you need is all on one floor! Sizes range from 1260-1414 square feet. All consist of two bedrooms and two baths, with large walk-in closets and ensuites in the primary bedroom. Once again, there is the option of a third bathroom in the basement and an alternative laundry area. Select units also have a double-car garage.
Highlights of Manotick
