Granddaughter Ainsley, along with team members Mason and Rob are hands on with paddles, boats, boards and customer service, her daughter-in-law Meghan, handles the tech side of things, while Beth remains the heart of the operation — greeting paddlers, fitting life jackets, and encouraging anyone stepping onto a board for the first time.
